1) Coca coal Diet coke has an official Face book, YouTube, twitter and instagram page where customers comment on either n advertisement or any videos posted by coca cola. They have over 93 million likes. Customers are empowered in both marketing and product development/improvement through feedback media. They are involved in updating their social media posts by asking questions that elicit responses from customers, for example they asked “Hello Autumn, Who are you sharing fall with?” it has customers commenting both positively and negatively. However, coca cola uses a combination of medium to create buzz and they have been doing this for awhile such as creating webisodes and mobisodes that let customers create a their own beat through the beat maker app.
